Some of the best stuffers aren’t found in a stocking! Here is one of my fave appetizer recipes for you to try this season!
Sausage Cups
1 lb. Bob Evans Original or Savory Roll Sausage
1 (16 oz) pkg. won ton wrappers
1 cup each shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 350F. Crumble and cook sausage in a skillet until lightly browned, drain. Spray mini muffin tins and insert won ton wrappers to form a small cup. Bake 5 minutes in preheated oven. Allow wrappers to cool.
Mix sausage, cheeses and ranch dressing together. Fill won ton wrappers and bake 10 minutes until bubbly. Yields about 30 cups. Can you say Yumm-O?!
